Returns and Refunds Policy for BrandHive
Thank you for shopping at BrandHive. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please be aware of the below policies.
You can contact us at orders@brandhive.io in order to report any concerns formally or to arrange for the return of products and or samples before they are returned.
1) Order Cancellations
1.1 Written and online orders constitute a legally binding contract.
1.2 Please ensure that stock availability and lead times are confirmed before placing or confirming orders.
1.3 In the case of branded or personalised orders, no cancellations will be accepted after final artwork approval. If approved artwork already existed at the time the order was placed (for instance, in the case of a reoccurring orders), no cancellations will be accepted after order confirmation was received.
1.4 If artwork layouts are developed prior to cancellation, a charge of R150 excluding VAT per layout will apply.
1.5 A special picking fee of 10% of the value of the invoice will be charged on goods ordered and subsequently cancelled prior to dispatch.
1.5 Cancellation fees must be settled before processing any new purchases.
1.6 Orders not paid within ten (10) working days of placement will be deemed cancelled.
2) Returns & Refunds
2.1 BrandHive endeavours to ensure that all orders are checked and correctly dispatched. We will not be held liable for any damages or shortages not reported to us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. This include cases where goods are delivered to outside parties elected by the client. The receiver is responsible for verifying delivery of the correct goods on behalf of the client.
2.2 For products dispatched by courier, customers have seventy-two (72) hours from courier pickup to report missing or damaged items. No claims will be accepted after seventy-two (72) hours.
2.3 A handling charge of 20% (twenty) percent of the value of the invoice will be charged on all goods returned.
2.4 Please verify sizing specifications as clients are responsible for courier costs for returns due to incorrect sizes ordered. Please also note that returns and exchanges on selected clothing ranges are subject to a 30% (thirty) handling fee.
2.2 If BrandHive dispatches an incorrect, faulty, or damaged product, it will be exchanged, provided it is returned in its original packaging, with packaging intact and with the warranty, manuals, and all accessories included, within ten (10) days of delivery.
2.3 Products purchased may be returned within ten (10) days of receipt. BrandHive will however not accept any returns under the following circumstances:
2.2.1 Customised, personalised, special order items (non-stock items), or products made-to-order. Branded products cannot be returned unless faulty.
2.2.2 Tech items with broken seals will not be accepted for return as they are considered used.
2.2.3 Products comprising foodstuffs, beverages, or other goods intended for everyday consumption at home or the workplace.
2.2.4 Where services commenced with the customer's explicit or inferred consent during the ten-day period directly after acceptance of an offer or quotation for services to be rendered.
2.2.5 The purchase of goods or services, where prices are dependant on financial market fluctuations outside BrandHive’s control.
2.2.6 Perishable or quickly expiring items or products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned.
2.2.7 Where goods and services where acquired through auction.
2.2.8 Where products purchased were discounted or marked down for clearance, unless the items are faulty or defective.
2.3 Returned stock/products must be delivered to customer's expense.
2.4 Returns will only be accepted once approved by BrandHive management and once the required delivery arrangements are in place. Please be sure to contact us directly to make the required arrangements. No returns will be accepted without prior arrangement and a receipt.
2.5 Inspection of returned products may take up to one (1) week. Once verified as resalable, a refund or credit note will be issued.
2.6 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3 Warranties
3.1 Warranties do not cover wear and tear.
3.2 Neither BrandHive nor the product manufacturer/supplier is obliged to honour warranties where products are altered contrary to instructions or where misuse is identified.
4 Sample Policy
4.1 Samples are available for purchase and will include delivery costs.
4.2 Samples under R50 excluding VAT cannot be returned.
4.3 Samples costing R50 or more excluding VAT can be returned for a refund or credit.
4.4 An original invoice must be sent to orders@brandhive.io in order to formally arrange for the return of samples before they are returned.
4.5 Samples must be returned in original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund/credit.
4.6 Upon verifying the resale condition of returned samples, a refund or credit note will be issued.
4.7 Damaged samples or packaging are not returnable.Contact Information
